West Coast Building started as a family operated plumbing company over 40 years ago. The plumbing company began to see a need in the market for a multifaceted company that could offer an array of trades. After the last generational acquisition to Josh Tremmel and Trisha Steffins (Brother and Sister) from their parents Curt and Tammy; a plan to expand the company was solidified. The plumbing company began to offer HVAC, Fire Suppression and Electrical. The idea was a success, and the clients of West Coast began to praise the idea and they to gained from the aggregation of trades. The long-term goal of a building company was coming to fruition. West Coast building now offers, custom, multifamily and fee building options. The north west offers a unique place to call home and the decades of experience has allowed West Coast Building to offer the solution for potential home owners, renters or investors to call this region theirs.
